Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Partner

All orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partner Porter, and deliveries are subject to their service policies and availability.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement.

• Delivery time ranges from 0 to 7 business days, depending on your location and Porter’s logistics network.

• In select areas, same-day or next-day delivery may apply based on Porter’s coverage.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹600.

• For orders below ₹600, a minimal shipping fee between ₹0 and ₹60 will be applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number, based on Porter’s notification system.

Payment Options

We support prepaid online payments.

Delays & Delivery Issues

Refund Policy

We offer refunds or replacements in cases of:

• Product damage during delivery

• Melted chocolates upon arrival

Refunds are not applicable for late deliveries caused by the courier service.
